808RPM is a Maui music collective. Built in close collaboration with the DJs, artists, and community members who believe this island deserves more than background music. DOZA founded it, rattles the cages to keep it moving, and propagates it forward — but the culture belongs to everyone who shows up.

DOZA started DJing in 1995 — house parties, college nights, a deep obsession with house and electronic music. In the early 2000s he co-founded BWA DJ, one of California's most respected mobile DJ companies. Bay Area residencies at the Vinyl Room, Voodoo Lounge, SoFa Lounge, Loft Bar & Bistro, Fahrenheit, Los Gatos Bar & Grill, Mountain Charley's, Tres Gringos, and the San Jose Bar & Grill built the instincts. Austin, Florida, and Costa Rica kept the music alive through every chapter. He arrived on Maui in August 2025 with one intention: build something permanent.

For private events and weddings: vinyl where it serves the room, digital where the floor demands it. The musical depth stays the same either way.
